2. What is the pipeline meant to carry?

3. Who is the pipeline owner?

4. Is the pipeline currently in operation?

5. Who are the major tribes involved in protests and legal action against the pipeline?

6. What is the major legal or regulatory issue that is being contested?

7. Have the protests had an impact on the status of the pipeline, on public opinion, on the action of the regulatory agencies?

8. Have the tribes won any legal victories (even if they have been overturned)?

9. What is happening now?
